The Studio

With over two decades of professional experience, Alon Schwartz founded AS Landscape Architecture, a Toronto-based studio creating functional and beautiful spaces, from private residences to large public spaces. Each project is shaped by close attention to detail and to how people will use the space.

We believe that exceptional design results from understanding the client's needs together with the site: nature, architecture, topography, and the way people will actually use the space. We focus on how outdoor and indoor spaces connect, bringing technical expertise, sustainable practices, and cost-effectiveness.

Each project begins with a study of the site's natural character, architectural context, and the aspirations of its users. The studio combines traditional hand sketching with advanced design tools to fit each project and budget.

Services

From high-end residential to condominium and public projects, we work closely with clients to achieve their aspirations for their space. With a hands-on approach and a strong emphasis on collaboration, we guide each project from vision to realization.

Growing up surrounded by open fields, mountains, and forests, Alon developed an early appreciation for landscape and nature, a passion that continues to shape his work today.
